About the accident at work, the outsourcing and the surcharge on social security benefits due to omission of safety measures

The safety in the workplace requires, among other things, to adopt effective measures for their control. The legislator has launched several initiatives in order to verify that the regulations are being complied with; this control is more intense in certain cases, like the outsourcing.
In case of non-observance of law, the responsibles have to face the consequences. One of them, the surcharge on Social Security benefits.
This article expects to revise some important subjects in our legal code, like the accident at work, the coordination of safety in the workplace activities or the joint liability about the surcharge on Social Security benefits.
