Abstract

In the current economic environment, where global crisis and globalization, internationalization of companies has gone from being a basic strategy of growth to a path of subsistence. In order to undertake such a task must be modified certain aspects of management, beginning with the qualification of its human resources. Today it is an essential requirement to maintain an overview that is globalized and international economic activity, and contemplate both notions and strategies within the open economy model.

It is necessary to rethink what kind of people we want to work in our companies, and as we wish them to be. In this paper we review those processes that, while not guaranteeing the success of our workers abroad, at least if they contribute to this.
