Abstract

The evolution of labour relations in Spain, which begins, in its modern regulation, in the late nineteenth century, has a fundamental turning point after the Constitution and the Statute of Workers of 1980. After 15 years of validity and very an important reform in 1994, the Statute of Workers of 1995 was enacted.

This law, which was in force for 20 years and was repealed in November 1995, suffered 50 modifications. During these years, Spanish labour relations have changed a lot. The objective of this paper is to study this analysis, from a legal point of view and the consequences. The combination of both elements will allow drawing the appropriate conclusions.
