Abstract

In recent months has been performed a profound labor reform which aims to heal the hits that the economic crisis causes on the Spanish labor market. Among the objectives underlying this reform, as well as more flexible working conditions and the lowering of dismissal, include measures to facilitate the incorporation of younger workers into the labor market. Precisely in order to remedy the high unemployment affecting this group, the Royal Decree-Law 3/2012, Royal Decree 1529/2012 and the Royal Decree-Law 4/2013 carried out a thorough reform of the training contract, in order extend, as far as possible, the conclusion of new relations.
