Sixth report INNOVACEF: good practices in the program torres Quevedo

Abstract

The main aim of the sixth report INNOVACEF is to (re) return to know the confidence's level of the young researchers who are employed in Spain on comparison with whose that of the Spanish scientists at the exterior, to detect if in a qualitative way there is the mantaining traditional brain drain of scientific on the outside, in case the difference between these two degrees of confidence is wide enough.

On the order hand, this main objective there joins the purpose of verifying which can be the best practices and indicators of performance in relation with the direct economic aids' program of the investigators' on contracting them in the companies. Also, it is related to a program called «Torres Quevedo» it is known increasingly and attractive so much for the companies like for the scientists, in an economic conjuncture that makes indispensable the creation of working places of high qualification that contribute competitive value and that increase the confidence degree in the national system of I+D+i, across the generation of multiple scientific entrepreneur's careers, which help to turn it into an attractive space for all those national investigators and of other countries that could select and perform its researching's career in Spain.
