Abstract

Drop by drop, at the heat of the of internal flexibility empowerment as a way to avoid external flexibility, the geographic mobility undergoes successive changes in the legal reforms of 2010 and 2011, affecting several issues of varying interest: the maximum period of consultation, the coverage of the social partners absence, the replacement of such procedure for mediation and arbitration, the priority to trade union branches as counterparty in the negotiation, the content of the accompanying social plan, or the slight modification of the administrative action in collective transfers.
