Abstract

The Organic Law 3/2007, 22 nd. March related to effective equality between women and men, establishes that the companies will have to promote work conditions to avoid sexual harassment and the harassment because of someone's sex, as well as to arbitrate specific procedures to prevent it and to provide guidelines to the reports or claims that could be formulated by those who have been victims of it. The Sentence of the Galician January 22 nd., 2010, resolves a supposition of discriminatory dismissal because of sex, in which it is analyzed the managerial obligation of adopting specific measures to anticipate sexual harassment and the harassment because of someones sex at work.
