The Spanish Supreme Court upholds the appeal for the unification of doctrine. By virtue of it, it recognizes the competence of jurisdiction for the social order, which had been rejected by the Court of Supplication, to claim, by statutory personnel of the National Health System, a voluntary Social Security improvement of the basic benefit for temporary disability. The Court of Cassation recalls that it was forced to rectify its precedents with the Law regulating the social jurisdiction.
