Abstract

The Supreme Court, changing previous doctrine, believes that the jobs compatible with the receipt of a severe disability pension are those of marginal character and of little importance that do not require registration or Social Security contributions; that is, residual, minimal and limited jobs and, in no way, those that represent the jobs that have been performed habitually or any others that allow the obtaining of regular income and that give rise to their inclusion in a Social Security system.
