Abstract

«he health and life of humans rank foremost among the assets and interests protected by the Treaty» and, furthermore, they constitute the presupposition of everything else. That is the reason why any legal regulation that directly or indirectly involves them must be based on irrefutable propositions. Any inconstancy in that respect always has a negative effect, affecting the human existence itself.
