Although the Court's judgment recognises in the case the right of a public employee to receive remuneration during parental leave to care for a child under eight years of age, which coincides with his salary, the fact is that in order to eliminate the legal uncertainty that exists in general in relation to the financial compensation for such time off, it is essential that the legislator immediately regulates this question.
